At Payble, we believed that financial management should be as simple as a tap. Whether you're a small business owner, freelancer, or everyday user, we designed an intuitive, all-in-one experience that lets you send, receive, and manage money seamlessly.

The Challenge:
Before Payble V2.1, users faced a fragmented experience when managing their finances. Business owners needed multiple tools to track transactions, accept payments, and manage their operations. Individuals lacked a seamless way to send, receive, and monitor their money, all in one place.
Our challenges were clear:
Unify personal and business financial management into one intuitive platform.
Eliminate reliance on traditional POS devices by enabling smartphones to function as payment terminals.
Enhance user experience with a sleek, high-performance mobile app.
Ensure security and reliability in every transaction.

The Solution:
Our approach was to create an experience where users could ditch the cash, drop the extra hardware, and make every transaction seamless. Here’s how we achieved that:
The Mobile Phone as a POS:
Developed a Bluetooth-enabled Smart Card Reader that connects effortlessly with the Payble app.
Designed a sleek and intuitive interface that makes accepting card payments as easy as a tap on he card reader
Integrated NFC support for contactless transactions, making payments lightning-fast.
Seamless Personal & Business Finance Management:
Built an intelligent dashboard that tracks both personal and business finances in real time.
Improved key features on the product such as sending money, and making paymnet
Introduced instant invoicing and payment tracking, empowering businesses to stay on top of their transactions.
Designed a whole inventory systems to help businesses and freelancers track/manage their online business sales and transactions from the payble mobilw app.
A Revamped UX for Speed and Simplicity:
Crafted a clean, modern interface for effortless navigation.
Optimised personal payment screens to allow quick QR code payment to users with in 3 clicks.
Introduced real-time notifications, ensuring users never miss an important transaction.

To design an experience that truly meets user needs, we conducted:
User Interviews: Engaged business owners, freelancers, and individual users to understand their pain points.
Competitor Analysis: Studied global and local payment apps to extract the best design practices.
Key Findings:
Businesses need mobility. Traditional POS terminals are bulky and inconvenient; users want an on-the-go solution.
Users crave simplicity. Managing money shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should be effortless.
Speed and security are non-negotiable. Payments need to be fast, and users need assurance that their transactions are safe.
Business owners need a simplified process of managing their businesses transactions from managing their inventory/services to sending out invoices

1. Turning Your Phone into a Payment Powerhouse

Designed a fluid, intuitive UI for users to send send money effortlessly.
I designed 4 options of sending money depending on the users preference.
Options
- QR Code mode transfer
- Send money with Payble tag
- Send money with account number
- Send money by selecting bank

The reason for this, after research, majority of users stick to a financial app because of its effortless mode of making transfers. Each user has as a preference.
We put up the 4 most used modes of payment in one app so that users can feel comfortable selecting any mode that fits their need.

We ensured that connecting with payable terminal was as seamless possible using bluetooth technonlogy
